    Pictured here is the Kitsap, purchased in 1947 by Stephen “Steve” Wyatt. This photo was taken in 1952. Wyatt originally caught dogfish (Sand sharks) which were sold for their livers (High vitamin A content). Beginning in 1949, he took the Kitsap shrimping & he sold her in 1953.
